Happy Spring Break!

Happy Spring Break!
Hi Room 14!
I hope that you all have a really fantastic week off. I know that some of you will be traveling out of town, going to Arizona, New Mexico, Lake Tahoe, and even, Mexico! I can't wait to see all of you on March 31st. The next day is April 1st. Do you know that that is April Fool's Day? Mr. Sanui and I are hoping to go skiing and snowboarding in Lake Tahoe. I also want to relax and see my friends. Please collect lots of easter eggs on Sunday and try to finish your book reports EARLY. :)
Mrs. Sanui

In Language Arts, we are reading the theme "Animal Habitats."
In Science, we are beginning the life science unit on life cycles.
In writing, we will tie in the other subjects to write non-fiction expository text.

  • Paragraph about the animal habitat
  • Paragraph describing the animal's body
  • Pictures of the animal's food with captions
